We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expense), that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and Us when you commenced using the Site.
Waiver
If you breach these Terms and We take no action, we will still be entitled to use Our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
