3. Products & Availability
• We sell organic, natural and farm-fresh products. Product descriptions, images and specifications are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly. • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price paid.
4. Orders & Payment
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. • We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking and wallets, processed securely via Razorpay. • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases. • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details.
5. Delivery
• We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. • Delivery timelines may be affected by location, weather, public holidays and other factors beyond our control. • Title and risk of goods pass to you upon delivery. • If no one is available to receive the order, a re-delivery attempt may be made or you may be contacted to arrange collection.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, available at shudhfarm.com/refund-policy. Key points: perishable and opened food items cannot be returned; eligible non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective or incorrect.
7. User Accounts
• You may create an account to access order history, saved addresses and wishlists. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, product descriptions, text and design — is the property of Prakritikshala India Private Limited and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shudh Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhajjar, Haryana, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
