Moringa leaves are harvested early in the morning or in evening to avoid sunlight and transport the harvested leaves within an hour to processing facility so as to preserve quality We Wash our leaves in Baking soda water followed by washing again with water properly. Drain off wet leaves to remove moisture Our drying method preserves nutrients and minimizes contamination, the Moringa leaves are dried in closed area and without overlapping , keeping all the essential oils, green colour, protein, and nutrients intact  Open sun drying of the leaves causes the highest level of nutrient loss while shade drying is slow and puts the product at high risk of contamination, Grind and mill the dry leaves into powder without heating it.   200 gms of Moringa powder is 2 Months diet for an adult.
